SUTRIK - Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Hey there! Thank you for choosing SUTRIK. We want you to love your new streetwear as much as we loved designing it.

Every single T-shirt at SUTRIK is Made-to-Order. This means the moment you place an order, we freshly print and prepare that exact piece exclusively for you! Because of this special custom-production process, our policy works a little differently:

1. Strictly No Refunds 🚫 Because your item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not offer monetary refunds or order cancellations once the printing process has started.

2. Oops, it’s damaged or wrong? (100% Free Exchange) 🔄 We double-check every order, but if a mistake happens, we’ve got your back! If you receive a damaged/torn product, a printing defect, or the wrong item, we will happily send you a free replacement/exchange.

  • How to claim: Just drop us a message on our Live Chat or email us at [support@sutrik.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please share a quick Unboxing Video and clear photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out instantly!

3. I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind 📏 Since we do not hold inventory, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or a sudden change of mind.

4. Slight Color Differences 🎨 Sometimes, the colors on your phone or computer screen might look slightly different (about 5-10%) from the actual printed fabric due to lighting and screen settings. This is completely normal in the Print-on-Demand process and is not considered a defect.
