🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing (Printing Time) ⚙️ Good things take a little time! Since every SUTRIK piece is custom-printed for you, it takes our team about 2 to 4 business days to carefully print, quality-check, and pack your order before it is ready for dispatch.

2. COD Confirmation & Partial Advance (Security Deposit) 🛡️ To ensure we process only serious orders and keep SUTRIK exclusive, we follow a Partial Advance Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD):

Confirmation Amount: A partial advance of ₹200 is mandatory to confirm all COD orders.

How it works: This is NOT an extra fee; it will be deducted from your total bill. You only pay the remaining balance at the time of delivery.

Process: Once you place a COD order, our team will send a secure payment link via WhatsApp/SMS. Your order will move to the "Printing" stage only after this ₹200 is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time 📦 Once dispatched from our facility, our premium courier partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees) will take over:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Overall Time: Expect your dope SUTRIK package within 6 to 10 days from the order date.

5. Non-Refundable Advance & RTO (Return to Origin) ⚠️

Double Check: Please ensure your address, landmark, and phone number are 100% correct.

Non-Refundable Policy: The ₹200 confirmation advance is strictly non-refundable if the order is canceled after dispatch or rejected at the doorstep. This helps us cover the custom printing and two-way shipping costs incurred by the brand.
